This dropped through my letter box today. Bought it off a guy who advertises on Ebay. £22 inc postage. Bargain compared to the OE tool. And in stainless too, so it'll polish up real nice.

Does he do one for the engine mount bolts as well?

He does one for Hayabusa's, I know. He made the swingarm socket after Pete contacted him and asked if he could make one. Several texts, photo's and phone calls later, he came up the socket as posted above.

I'm pretty sure he will make up anything as long as he has the dimensions to work with.

Far far too dear, mine cost an old socket, (replaced at a cost of £6), and a few minutes with a grinder and a file.

My thoughts entirely.

You think that's good, mine cost me nothing at all :) Still, for the saving of hassle, first degree burns, sparks in the eyes etc I can see why people would pay that much. And it is a much prettier option...

Mine set me back £40 or there about but it's two tools in one.

That'll make mine three tools in one then

There are two different sized castle nuts on the SV and the Suzuki one does both

Cheers

I know 22 quid sounds a lot, but if you bodge up a socket and it breaks, slips off and scars the frame............................ Was it worth the saving?
