Pics don't work cos the URL points to a location on your machine, that is interpresed as a location on the reader's machine. i.e. on my C: drive ;)

You need to upload to a web server to be accessible to all.

You need to upload the photo's to a server like www.photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com) or something, then post the link to the photo.

Have you taken your screen off? They look like the lugs that hold the screen screws in place...I'm sure someone more knowledgable on the SV will be along shortly.

yer i have taken the screen off. I thought that may be where they were from. Does anyone know if i buy new fairings whether i might be lucky enough to get the screws with them also?

These are definitely the rubber grommets from a screen - the ones that are a ******* to get back in and usually drop down behind your clocks ;)

When i bought my new screen the lugs were not included, you can buy them separately and in different colours.
