the video is at the bottom - he gives an interview which narrates it too. He wasn't actually riding really dangerously. Too quick for me, but he looks safe enough.
I think its odd that he is being prosecuted on the basis that a bike left his house and returned. There is no footage of him personally or the bike. However in last weeks mcn a copper was photographed on his mobile doing 65 in a 40 zone, and two people reported it to the police. They said the photo was inconclusive, and he got away with it. It really shouldn't be one rule for them and another for us.

I very much doubt he will be prosecuted for it. At least that's what I hope. There is no proof whatsoever that it was him on his bike. Like you say though, the judge may just take Mr plod's word for it and do him. Still, the guy is a tit for posting it in the first place showing the speedo.

The guys a fool for leaving his car reg etc on the video and then tubing it. How many of us can hold up their hand to not doing similar sort of riding?

I thought that the more serious the offence (as presumably dangerous driving is), the higher the necessity to prove his guilt beyond reasonable doubt, which surely they cannot do in this case - how can they prove beyond reasonable doubt that it was him on the bike?

Come on everyone rides like that every now and then, as for videoing it hmmmmm = idiot. But like you say who's riding it? Who's bike is it? He'll get off with a good defence I would have thought. At least he didn't quite manage the wheelie at the end!

Yes nearly as stupid as pulling a nice long wheelie away from a set of lights with an unmarked police car waiting at the same lights as you. Double

Nope, completely unmarked, luckily I got off with a little swearing at (the copper didn't even bother to actually stop his car!), I can cope with that. My bank manager doesn't mind if I get sworn at, he does mind if I have to make withdrawls though :(

I reckon the cop was a biker, and rode more agressively than I do! that man ;)

Now, see, you've given me something to aim for. I reckon I'll have to find the balance of wheelie distance vs oil starvation though ;)

I'm actually looking into getting into making video's on the bike, so I'm glad this has come to light... it's prompted me to look more deeply into video editing software, to cut scenes or mosaic things :)
