Hi there, my name is Nadine, I am 25 years old, originally from Germany, but I study in Bristol and in the moment I am in Spain, Valencia for my exchange year - of course with my SV! I rode her down here in a day (excluding 35 hours ferry time from Portsmouth to Bilbao).
I tell you, in contrast to Britain, I have 355 days of proper biking weather here - winter as we know it does not exist!!!
So, I was just wondering if I can get together a group of biker girls with SVs or similar, from the Bristol area preferably???
Well, I hope I will get some answers, all the best for now, Nadine

I dream of hanging out with girls in leather. Owning a bike is purely optional.

Welcome Nadine,
Valencia - I love that place, especially the modern bit down by the sea life centre etc. I've got some great pictures that I took while over there for the 2005 Moto GP.
I think Viney organised a "girls only" rideout a while ago, and offered his services to set the route etc. I know that one of the London forums has "girls only" days, and I think there is a few female riders in the South/South West area so I'm sure it's possible...
Hope you enjoy the site.
Oh, are you curvy or pointy, some need to know

Close, its the nose cone thats yellow! Yep parked outside Q block all the time, you left me a note once, your bike still nicer than mine? (would expect so as I now have added dents!)
I've finished uni now so haven't been around for a while. Always meant to tell you about this site but never saw you round. So how did you manage to wrangle a placement overseas when I ended up in Swindon?

German is a complex language, use a word in the wrong context it means something completely different.
Use the slang interpretation ;)

Good choice! Went to UWE for an open day to check it out and decided against it as it was rubbish!!
Only joking, please don't send UWE students to beat me up. 8-[
PH strikes me as the kind of guy that probably learnt German a while back.
The old slang definition of "Biene" is now pretty much defunct. The official meaning is indeed "Bee," the old slang term means "babe" or "chick" or "cutie".
I'm 24, and barely know German, but I knew that. I'm sure PH would too.
Maybe I've got PH pegged wrongly. Maybe we're all standing in the wrong forest, but it's fun all the same :)
I see Warthog has found it :)
