Hi,
I was at Brands Hatch with my mate who is riding in the GSXR Trophy and met a chap in the next garage (17) who was riding a yellow SV650S. He was a nice chap and as i have only just brought my SV on Friday found his performance on track very attractive. He popped in for a chat and mentioned this forum, for this i would like to thank him and if he's local maybe even buy him a drink :smt023
I've been riding my GS500's for the last few years and am looking forward to what i see as my first step into the world of proper bikes. I've only managed to ride it on a long detour home from the dealership - some 52 miles, by even in this short time it brought a big smile to my face. :riding:
I'm a Postman in Woking who has the benefit of a van rather than a push bike. I live just off the M25 in Cobham and am just 10 mins from Box Hill. I've always been ashamed of my GS500's as i feel it is just a learning bike that i've never progressed from, but now i have my nice shiny SV i'm proud to tell my friends that i have one.
I look forward to joining your community and maybe even meeting some of you in person...
Chris
