NEW SPEED CAMERA on A3!!!

Watch out all, overnight they have put a new speed camera up on the A3 just outside my work (Business Park), It's on the flyover over the Dennis Roundabout. Going northbound. (Can't see if there is a Southbound one yet)

Eeek! That one stood a good chance of catching me out next time I go through there, thanks for the warning!

Saw it (northbound) this morning, it's one of those traps that flashes the speed limit on a huge electronic board if you go over the speed limit.

It's 50mph on that stretch of road and it has actually made it a hell of a lot easier to join on from the Tesco slip road. :)

Quite possibly! Accident, hey? I wondered why the traffic was slow and backed up early this morning.

Nah, this is a big yellow box speed camera guys!!! On the bridge.

Accident this morning was pretty bad apparently- took people 2 hours to come in from Farnham way.

Yeah, there is a big yellow gatso on the bridge, the sign before was a nice warning. Must have been put up to protect the workers repairing the bridge.

Is it me or is there loads of roadworks popped up round Guildford now?

Yep on the way back from Soho I saw them putting some up, on the 50 mile hr part of the A3 though Guildford.
