I saw Penelope Cruz picking up dog poo poo.
A scuttery one too.
She looked tiny, pale, not very attractive and extremely skinny.
I also saw Willem Defoe. Who also looked scary, but in a "I'm mad" sort of way, scary eyes. I didnt know it was him, till I passed him. He is a pretty small dude too in fact.
I dunno. I saw that tall chick from X-men. She is tall. And fairly hot. Scarlet Johansen at the dog run. Robin Williams, at the dog run.
All these celebs with their dogs. :smt017

LOL, James Toseland.
He's performing with Crash tmrw night.
Once saw Paul Daniels stuck in a traffic jam on the A1 (as I filtered past) he looked really old.
Many years ago saw Alexi Sale riding a bicycle through central London and the same night was in an elevator with Kenny Dalgliesh (he was wearing a kilt).
When I was a kid I used to walk past Kenny Burns' house on my way to school.
Some of my friends knocked on his door and asked for his autograph. He told them to **** off
Verna got Anthony Stewart Head's(The bloke out of buffy, and the nescafe advert) autograph on Monday in London Bridge Station! She also got Laurence Lewellyn Bowen's autograph in brighton last year!
I met the Late Princess Diana at a private function, and i must say what a lovelely person she was.

Was following a mate who crashed through a wall into Sting's Estate.
He happenend to be standing the other side with his groundsman as if he knew we were coming. He yelled " Look what your car has done to my wall"
My mate ( not the brightest spark ) shouted back, " look what your wall had done to my car "

I was drinking in the Rising Sun the other week when The Towers of London and their entourage came in for a few drinks... I'd only read about them once in metro so wouldn't have known who they were if the guys I was with hadn't said anything.

I came across Gordon Ramsey swearing a lot about the traffic in his Bentley Continental on the A4. He did move his mirrors in though so I could filter past.

Few years ago I was "tubing" it into work quite early (Piccadily line) and Gerald Houlier with some other geaser, both in suits, were sitting opposite me.
I later found out that he had had an altercation with a linesman a week or so before and had to appear in a hearing at the FA....
When Roger Moore was "The Saint" he used to live on my way to school and always said hello to the kis, and finally (I don't know many people see...) when I lived in Bexleyheath, a girl up the road was the Neice of Peter Osgood. I got to meet him once, but I think he got upset when (me being a gooner and all) I asked him if he knew John Radford. Yes, it was that long ago!!

A mate of mine was starting going to Uni in Oxford... she met loads of people, and she didnt really remember them all.
So every day, she would be cycling into college, and she saw this person who looked fairly familiar, and she would give them a little wave and a smile, and continue in.
She did this for about a month, at which point your man was waving back he her, when she realised... it was Thom Yorke.

Also trod on Gary Neville's foot in town just as he was recovering from an injury a couple of years back - think it was the other foot though - phew!

I saw Bill Oddie in Finchley Road Tube station the other day and the thin one out of birds of a feather in GAP in angel, My mate chris was at the orthopedic specialist last week after breaking his wrist snowboarding, and he met Ewan MacGreagor who was getting his broken leg looked at by the same guy. He had a film crew with him and had to be filmed three times coming out of the lift for some reason. Caused a bit of a delay. The doctor told chris that celebrities are 'a ****ing pain in the ****'.

well not today but about 35-40 yeas ago brother took me to a cafe near where he worked for breakfast and while there we sat at the table with a couple of actors from the the new london theater (where bro worked) one of them was a nice american guy richard gere. my mam and sister where very upset they didnt go
Couple of years ago I took my daughter to Donington to watch the German touring cars. She had a photo of Jean Alesi and wanted his signature. So we stood at the back of the pit lane waiting for the drivers to appear, sure enough Jean Alesi strolled out all smiles but politely signing very few photo,s etc. As he approached my daughter she had a mental blank and instead of shouting out Jean Alesi she instead shouted out 'John Lennon john Lennon can I have you,re autograph please?' I dont know who was more dumbfounded him or me, but he happily came over and signed it for her, seems like a good bloke too.
I used to work for the BBC, lost count how many famous people I've seen. It got boring after a while.
I lie, it never got boring! :D

I had to get Kate Winslet an ashtray once when I was a runner. Biggest score was when I managed to get tickets to the Kill Bill 2 premiere + after show party. Played it cool though.

Jack Charlton in Durty Nellys pub, County Clare, Ireland. Said Hello
George Best in Holiday Inn Hotel's bar, Earls Court. He was too busy trying to get some girls to eat with him to talk to us
Van Morrisson in the same bar, same night. My mate bought him a drink, he didn't say a word
David Kitt, Aer Lingus check-in desk, Heathrow. Missed his flight, still had a brief chat.
Edit: Oh, but none of them today.

I flew Carl Foggarty from Geneva to Manchester, and Jezza McWilliams back to Belfast (from Alicante I think). I've flown football and rugby teams and film crews around, the cabin crew say some of the actors are a great dissapointment in the flesh.

I bumped into Winey Amehouse in the coffee shop next to work last week. She looked a bit rough.
Of course, Cronos meeting Valentino in the Alitalia lounge at Heathrow, being start struck and utterly failing to get his autograph has to be one of the best.
I work in TV, so it's not fair, but I've had my hand down Claudia Schiffer's top, interviewed the new James Bond, chatted to Ewan McGregor about his next bike trip, slept in Ozzie and Sharon Osbourne's hotel room, and my favorite star struck moment: visited the scrapheap challenge heap!

Ok time for mine.....
Met Johhny Ball when he was rector at Glasgow Uni - he even bought be a pint :) (Zoe was also there but didnt really seem to want to be there/talk).
Met Windsor Davies on a train to Wallington from Victoria after I told him which station we were at when he couldnt see the nameplate, the thanked me, I asked if he WAS Windsor Davies - he finished reading the story in his paper then folded it and had a chat.
Met Michael Sheard (Mr Bronson from Grange Hill, Admiral Ozzle in Empire Strrikes Back and various UK Sci-Fi series) also from Aberdeen, at a couple of Sci-Fi conventions - great guy, had a few drinks with him and I am mentioned in his second Biography
Which leads to Michael Sheard introducing me to Kenny Baker (R2D2) and Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca) at one of the cons.
At the same con, Teraza had a few drinks with Jeremy Bulloch (the original actor in the Bobba Fett costume)
Oh and had a chat with Troy Balis a while back when he was riding for INS-Ducati
Think thats about it - oh wait, I have Rhianna Pratchett (daughter of the Discworld author, and author in her own right) on my Instant Messenger buddy list :)

Does anyone know of a list of UK based celebs who are into bikes and whom we ought to look out for on sunny weekend jaunts? The only ones I can think of are obvious, Richard hammond (Top Gear) in the Cotswolds, Angelina Jolie (somewhere near Kent I suspect), and obviously Mr Ewan McGregor n Mr Borman. Who else might we see out on the road?

Who was that girl, in Eastenders, who had Phil Mitchell's sprog? The one who shot 'im. You know, went onto bigger and better things like "Celebrity Stars in their Eyes".
Well, I saw her in Romford the other day ... but she saw me first.
Tamzin Outhwaite, she lives there, seen her around before, not sure if you mean her tho
Met a few minor celebs over the years but nicest meet I had was Charles and Di at Terminal 4 Heathrow Opening ceremony when I was little... my Grandad was driving the train so I got into the first carriage and had a nice chat with Diana :king:

I have a few minor ones that spring to mind....i only consider it an "interaction" if i speak to them or they try and avoid me:D
By coincidence and no i dont work there, i have spotted Boris Johnson ambling around Waitrose Henley(looking at frozen prawns with intense interest) and also had a "tussle" with Steve Sidwell in Waitrose Caversham over the last skimmed milk...i won:cool:
Funniest thing is i have seen him in their a few times since and its got to the stage where we exchange nods:mrgreen: ...me and my top flight football mates:rolleyes:
Oooh just thought of a funny one. I was at the oval for last day of west indies versus england a few years ago and Alec Stewart was doing a book signing. Instead of buying a book i meandered my way to the front and started frantically snapping off pictures with flash in full daylight. He obviously wasnt too pleased with this as he took the camera and took a photo of me:smt031

Is Dave Kitt famous now??? Ha ha ha ha ha... his sister was in my class, my mate was kissing her. I used to go out with them for pints all the time.
Christie Moore's son was in my class, but we weren't that friendly, he was grand though. Christie was sound though.
Sinead O'Connor's niece was my first "girlfriend", we were 9 or something at the time. Sinead used to pick her up after school sometimes.
My ex gf found Shane McGowan on the floor of somewhere, when he was meant to be giving a concert, and helped drag him out on stage.
The Edge used to come into the shop I worked, and he signed his name on his check card The Edge. And I was in Bono's car once, and he bought the hotel that my gran aunt owned.
And Van Morrison is a right expletive. We used to have bike races past his house, and he would be whining about it. Prat.
Dublin is a small place, all of the above, along with me as a kid, live in about 5 sq miles in Dublin. My brother played rugby with Brian O'Driscoll, and Colin Farrel I think.
I saw Michael Stipe there a while ago in Dublin, and thought he looked horrifically ill...
I dunno. I saw more famous people in Dublin than i do in Manhattan.
Gordon Ramsey on a flight from JFK to London,
He just didnt stop talking throughout the flight and added the saying 'trust me' after nearly every sentence.
Needless to say sleeping on the flight was impossible!!
