Well- in sunny Surrey (Weybridge to be exhact), anyway. Could it be that spring's arrived? I guess I'll wait until the BBC say so.

I just fancy leaving the office, jumping on the bike and going for a jaunt. Sadly, gotta stay at work and can't afford the petrol....

Still- if you had the cash for a couple of tanks, numerous cups of coffee and maybe a bacon roll (or 3), where would you go if you got the afternoon off?

I'd have to stop off at Newlands Corner- their bacon rolls are legendary and the view is supoib! Good place for going walking too- a scenic part of the North Downs Way.

Then, maybe to the A24 and down to Worthing to see the sea! Back up the A24 to Boxhill, then home again, home again, jiggedy jig!

I'd ride down the A24 to brighton, pop in and see my dad at work and pop home to see my mum!

Then on the way back, i'd stop off at box hill for a nice cup of tea

I think I would head down towards Hayling Island, get some fish and chips from the chippie opposite the beach and eat while watching the sunset. Ah, lovely.

Hold on.......I'm doing that tomorrow. Huzzah!

and when you get to cowfold (on the a272) take a quick detour down the a281 to "the chalet" for egg and chips and a mug of tea, yum. think it may open in mornings and lunchtime though, not sure.
