Ive been offered a 2003 SV650S K3 with 5100 miles, datatool system 3, FSH, T&T, two brothers exhaust. Its in the GSXR colour scheme.
How much would be a fair price for this?
Thanks!!

they didnt do a 650sk3 in gsxr colours so i'd be keen to find out why its had a full respray? if the reason was just a change of colour id say the bike was probably worth around the 2.5 - 2.7k mark if its really clean.

A fine looking bike. Check with insurance about the paint job.
I guess £2.5k would be a sensible price if its very nice. Not much point spending more on a K3 as there a millions of good ones out there.
Definitely not standard paint job, however some dealers did sell them from new like that - one near me used to get Dream Machine to do their paintwork

if dream machine did it there should be paperwork, they do the job right, last time i got quoted was £700 but that was ages ago.

na im not a fan of the lowers, i think i will get a belly pan at some point though!! but im not keen on the idea of getting it colour coded!

Although i have to say the spray has been done well and looks really professional, i cant stomach it on an SV650. For me its not a GSXR and shouldn't try to be.
Thats just my opinion though and if you like it, thats what counts :)
I am interested to know if it will affect your insurance and if so by how much?

its not just a gsxr scheme though is it,
its a tradtional suzuki colour scheme , their clothings been like that for years, the gsx1400 it the same as is the gs500 and thats far from a sports bike,
i think it looks great, nice to see something a bit different thats been done properly, dream machine do really good paint,
glad you didnt pay any more than a standard bike though.
enjoy.

well purchased. I bought my k3 for 2600 with a system 3 on a year ago now in mint condition although it did need new tyres....
Good buy!
