For the first time since Liz got her Duke, we've been out this weekend in the dry and warm. However I had to give the Duke a good scrub this morning as I was somewhat over enthusiastic with the chain lube ( it was covered in lube ) I took this piccy once Liz's bike was clean.

I thought the GSXR was small, but next to the Duke it looks a like a towering Behemoth :D

i must say i was sitting on the fence alittle with the looks of the new ducati (eds shape ducati) i thourght it was such a shame to loose the old 916 look but now i'm converted! your red duke looks the dogs! very nice!

I was like you. I hated the 749 / 999 when it first came out, But when you see it in the flesh it really begins to grow on you. I really like it now. It looks slabby and flat in the pictures, but its not theres some really deft touches in the bodywork and it has some beautiful shapes in it.
