front brake problems(seized pins)

how do I un-seize the pin from my front brake ?
rights hand side no problem.
left hand side R-clip out pin wont budge.

any ideas ?

WD40 and a set of mole grips, then buy a new pin and coat the end in copper grease before putting it back in

Be carfull not to get WD40 on the pads and disc
