Flexi-time Spreadsheet

Could anyone email me a copy of an excel spreadsheet thats calculates/documents flexi-time? I need something where you can put in the morning/afternoon start and finish times resulting in a total time accrued/defecit at the end of each week if possible. I've tried designing my own but not having much luck!
