ITIL Foundation Course Result

I know it's nothing special but I have been trying to get on that course for 2 years now and finally work sent me in the end of February.

Results came in and........







I passed with 37/40!!! Highest mark in class as well:) Well well well chuffed about it since I had to get the account executive to back me up on my request to be sent there:)!!!

Now I only need to get a permanent job in Service Management:)

One thing the IT industry needs is more managers that actually have a clue.

No offence to anyone on the org, just my observation from personal experience (and now I'm hoping I've never worked for any of you lot :D)
