Hi i've recently brought my SV and the rear tyre is pretty squared off. It's currently got Dunlop Sportmax tyres on it which, judging from the mileage are probably the originals. What tyres do you guys and girls use and what would you recommend?

Cheers,
Chris

Loads of opinions in the tyre section:-

Metzeler Z6 Roadtecs are generally the favoured weapon of choice ;)

Depends on what type of riding you do! I'm running Dunlop Quallifiers ATM But they would be a bit of a waste if all you do is commute!

Loads of grip and feed back! Also awsome in the wet!

Thanks for the link, i'm still trying to find my way around all the different areas. The wealth of information from the members here is great.

Cheers!

I thought i'd go with the trend and got myself a set of Metzeler roadtec Z6's. I'll see how i get on with them as i'm still getting comfortable with the bike and then next time i'll try experimenting.

Thanks people!

Try Bridgestone BT021's....Very good in the dry or the wet....Was quite impressed with them in wet weather....gave me more confidence.
You wont be dissapointed....
