I've finaly setteled on a main jet but my mid range is a bit off

Am i right in thinking that uping the main jet also make the mid range richer (if we say the mid range was right to begin with)? I think it running to rich and i need to drop the needle a bit to balance it out

Just looking for confurmation before i go and attack the carbs again

Once you have the correct size main (top end) then you need to work backwards from there. So, if your mid-range was right beforehand it will likely be rich now, although that depends on what else you have done, such as filter full system etc.

That's correct :)

Lower the needles a notch and see how you get on
