Cam chain tensioner wanted asap

Hey guys, can any of you help?
Rear cam chain tensioner has decided to die, and the rattle is doing my head in!! done the front one when we got her as she rattled but now this ones decided to go.
Can anyone help me??

Have you tried doing it up and releasing it a couple of times? out of the engine that is?
