Its nice that its the high court who have made this decision and that the major pain in the backside that is TFL's ticket section has been shown to be OTT in their chasing of fines. Well its not their money they spend on legal teams is it? :roll:

Was listening to this on the radio.It seems this may be a victory against traffic wardens,but the rest of the law says it's ok for them to issue tickets remotely using CCTV,so guess which way parking enforcement is headed?
