What a ****ing ding bat! Go almighty! Bearing in mind many accidents causing injury or death are caused a LOW speeds, and mostly caused by other ****wits not actually seeing us! I would argue that restricting the top speed to 65 would actually put us in grave danger at times - a wee blast of speed can get you out of trouble at times.
