just like to introduce myself.just purchased a silver 53 plate sv650s 6700 miles with all the extras you can imagine.coming from a fireblade to this i was quite shocked.what a brilliant bike.previous owner must have kept it in the kitchen, absolutely mint.how much should i be paying for the 8000mile service when due.any fellow rhodesians out there:-D
Howdy pardner and welcome :)
Welcome to the mad house!
Service schedule on the SV's is 4000 then 7500 miles, then 11k.
I think for the 7500 service I paid just short of a ton.
Welkom!

It's not Kwaks old bike is it?
On this site we can imagine a lot of extras.
Welcome to the world of half the cylinders and virtually half the horsepower.
Hi Nick,
I think I am the only Greek on the site but not from Rhodes, I'm from Corfu.
Where are you based in the UK? My best mate is from Rhodes though:)

Fit the front mudgaurd extension, its well worth it. If its black, it wont really show - I have one on me yellow curvy, and it looks fine

Yes they are. If it's fitted, leave it on. If it's not fitted, put it on. You could always get it spray painted if you think it's that ugly.
