Polished the GSXR on Saturday. Had a little run out sunday.

Yesterday decided to clean it, WTF there is a 1p size dink appeared in the tank. no broken paint the dent was definately not there on Saturday. It looks like somebody has put a bar end into it whilst I was parked up at the bridge.

Damm bikers they have no consideration for others property. Getting to be like scooter scroats.

Not good news. It seems to be an increasing cluture these days with people haveing no regard for anothers property. Just the same as these aceholes who open car doors and whack and dent another vehicle.

This kind of thing really annoys me.

I've had some parking shenanigans at work of late too, someone parked on top of my bike for no other reason (as far as I can see) than I parked in "his" spot.

When I started biking I wanted to feel that every other biker was my brother (or sister) and that everyone was ace. Niave I know. Sadly I've now come to realise that far too many bikers are also ****s.

That's a bummer, I dont think it's a new arrogance per se. Just seems that these days people have at least a big 600 as their first bike after passing their test, not 250 - 400 like in my day (am only 32 haha), many never even had a 125!

I don't think they're as aware of good practice and how to handle/park bikes.

Speaking of annoyance though, someone keeps moving my bike in the work car park so they can squeeze a car in, cheeky ****s! It's a secure car park so it's not usually locked, that will change!

Not knowing how to handle/park a bike is one thing, its somthing you learn.
However I doubt you could put a ding in someone else tank and not notice you'd done it.

To then **** off whithout leaving a note or something is just cowardly and rude.

Are you able to find out who it is - I'd be having words!

I don't think the size of the bike is relavent.

They'd still be T£&ts anyway

at squires the other day, someone took there helmet off and put it on top of my tank when i was parked up, i stood and watched him do it whille he fiddled with his mirrors,
i suggested he should move it straight away as it wouldnt be much use to him if i kicked it accross the car park.

ive got a good sense of humour like that i have.

Yep, thats just rude of them. I'd have passed 'polite' coment too! Complete disregard for other peoples stuff .... seems the way of the world these days tho, sadly

Somebody scratched my tank the other day when it was parked in a bay in town, i'm sure some people that use these bays ghosty there bikes into the small small spaces that shouldn't even be thought of as space to fit another bike!! Cu**s!!

Few years ago took my new MX-5 and parked it in HUGE car park - picked a space with nothing else parked within a 100 mtr radius. Returned to my vehicle 20 mins later to find a tatty old escort van parked alongside and about 10" from my drivers door. Had a quick look to find the obvious dent in my door - nothing ! what a relief - and in my mind took back all the things I had been thinking about the driver of the van - may be he ws a careful individual after all ? - Until I got it home and had a proper look - and there it was - a mega crease. What is it with people in this country ?:smt092

Thats where you went wrong, i prefer to park next to expensive new cars. That way they are more than likely to look after their own bodywork and yours as well.

Of course never park next to 4x4 or people carriers as children will customise your bodywork!
