So to remove it i drill out this yes?

So to refit i just bolt it back in i guess?
Let me know if i'm being daft here as i can't see anything that looks baffleish ;)

are you sure it's supposed to be removable?? the removable baffle on our fuel exhaust had a bolt rather than a rivet thingy. maybe they send you the wrong one (i think the budget exhausts they do have rivets).

Said it was removeable in the description.
Hmm - i might email them - may be easier :(

just had a quick look at their website and it says the budget cans have a removable baffle which is secured with a stainless steel rivet, so i suppose technically it is removable.

Ah - cheers Sarah.
Spose i can replace it with a stainless button head allen bolt - would look ok ;)
Yep, the budget ones are riveted. just replace with an short M6 bolt and you're sorted (why you'd want to replace it other than for MOT though?).
I have to say the baffle on that looks a lot less restrictive (read open) than the one I had on mine, other than that the budget doesn't look much different to the standard IMHO.
Did you get your free Kendal Mint Cake?

Yeah - awesome touch i thought.
Quality is really good. Apart from the rivet it looks v. similar to those i have seen elsewhere - i'll put some more pics if anyone wants them close up to have a gander at quality...
i forgot to say, as others have said before, the easiest way to remove the baffle (after removing the rivet/bolt) is to (carefully) shove a broom handle (or similar) through the exhaust before fitting it

yep thats the way KNOCK it out!:)
Just to confirm what others have said really, but yes, drill, knock, then fit :)
The fuel can I got has no possibility of fitting a baffle :( so it's off the bike & she's getting a scorpion high level :D
