...got taken away in a bike ambulance. The guys at West Coast Suzuki arranged to have her picked up at the house, so she can have her tyre fixed and her annual service before the easter egg run.
She looked all sad being tied up inside a van (I realise that some of you would pay good money to be tied up inside a van, but my wee bike didn't like it! ;) )
Hopefully, I'll be able to go down and pick her up on Friday. Heres hoping the good weather stays until then!

Its good that she's just going for a checkup and small opperation, at first I thought you were going to say she was in for major surgery and wouldn't be good for the run!

I would cry even more than I did on Saturday when I found the bloody nail in her tyre if that was the case. Like you say, a very small operation and she'll be much better;)

Well as they say,
"What doesn't kill you.....?"
Well I forgot but I'm sure it's not the end of the world R, it might just seem like it :)
What kind of rubber is going on it?
Cheers

I think we'll just treat that comment with the contempt it deserves!!!! :smt097
Anyways, she's all back home safe now, with her pretty black tyre and all! Unfortunately, I didn't ride her home. Got JBB to bring her home cos I'm a wee bit giddy today due to a slight inner ear / sinus problem that I get from time to time (STOP THE WORLD I WANNA GET OFF!!!!!). Bloody typical that it rears it's ugly head when I was looking forward to bringing her home myself.

Ahhhh ,contempt given!!!!
Anyway, was a total blast bringing Raven back home.......111 said the speedo......and I thought it best to back off a little considering it was a new rear tyre and all.......
Compared to my thou...the 650 is one lively as hell engine - what a total blast it is!!!! Front end I spotted as being a wee bit bumpy......but without the damper the thou has...what a lickable front end!!!!!
Quite enjoyed my time on the 650....although the clutch still takes some getting used to - biting almost as soon as you let it out from the bar.....hands up, I stalled her once!!!!:shaking: D'oh!!!!!
Well, at least she's back safe and sound where she belongs - even though beanie suffered from short arms and deep pockets......JBB Visa to the resuce:smt064
At least beanie gets to ride her on the egg run - all's well that ends well!!!
