Magny-Cours may be ditched from the calendar. Spa Francorchamps already was. What next, Silverstone?

Probably YES !!

The Poison Dwarf cares nothing for the actual sport that has made him a billionaire - only for the revenue that it generates.

He can make a hell of a lot more (at the moment) by dumping the European tracks in favour of Middle Eastern / Asian venues. The only problem is, will they be so keen to keep paying out when European interest has disappeared because it's no longer easily accesible ?

Will Ecclestone care ?

Nope - 'cos he'll have made another billion or so & b*llocks to everyone else :smt076

He's been talking about a night race for ages... I doubt it'll happen.

They need to make F1 more interesting to watch, and then he'll get more bums on seats and then he'll make more money. His focus is all wrong IMHO.

Ditching Spa.. FFS... I agree with Supervox he cares nothing for the sport or its heritage.

I dont really think many people really care for Bernie Ecclestone really. Just one look says it all- Shady as F***!

I have to say though, that this does promise to be a very interesting season...

Spa is back on for this year after he got them to spend something like €10m on it *(or something like that,, my french teacher always used to harp on about how he had conned the wallonian government out of it, and they already poor apparently..)
