If it's the rotor bit you can buy it from a Suzuki dealer for about £15 I think.
They break easily and you need to be very careful putting the front wheel on.
that sound like the bit,
thanks

Yes it is very easy to break those lugs when wrestling with the front wheel. Somebody was changing that part a couple of weeks ago, dunno how they got on.

when my speedo drive broke I superglued the lugs back together. I've done 7or 8000 miles on it since then & it still works!!!
guess what just returned from my mates and thats what we have just done.
but just discoverd another problem the little covers inside the fairing that hide access to the back of the mirrors the single screw jost appears to be tight and just turn any ideas how to release them????

It was me.... It is real easy just to glue them back together. And that way you will spend zero on parts. (makes you feel better that way)
I just got a friend to superglue them back in after a quick degrease. And it is as good as new. I broke off all four and they glue together really easily.
Hope that helps.
BTW do use super glue as it is not affected by heat. Some others you will find will be and then you will just end up with a sticky mess a few miles down the road.
Found mine just had one lug left when getting new booties fitted. Put it back together with a single lug, so far had no probs (touch wood :-D)
