Ok then, who's the numpty on the Curvey blue SV in Salisbury who thinks its clever to follow an ambulance whilst it on a blue light run.

I see that on the M27... cars tailgating ambulances on blue light runs... makes me laugh though as they are only normally doing about 60-70...is it really worth them having their lights on?

Not me, But I've done it a few times. Its a really good way of getting through Sailsbury quickly. Really really need to have your wits about you though...

Fraser I've seen that on the M27 a few times. Outside lane blue lights on, with big queue of knarked off car drivers sat behind it as its only doing 65 - 70mph...

Used to get this when i was in the fire brigade, people following the appliance through the traffic using it as a personal escort, yeah tis naughty but quite innovative at the same time :D

If you'd seen the state of one our engines a zanussi washer/dryer wouldve done a better job :D
