Just watched the video of the title track from this album (the twins love the Kerrang TV channel  ) - awsome track - is the rest of the album as good ?
If so I might just have to buy it :)

yes, yes it is
welcome to the black parade is one of the slower tracks, other ones to look out for are "the sharpest lives," "disenchanted," "dead," "the end," and my favourite "famous last words"
their other albums aren't as good however
edit: try before you buy...

Gotta disagree. Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge is better in my humble.
Helena is great:

The first one's not all that good, though. (at this point, you usually have to explain to someone that Sweet Revenge wasn't the first album)
Despite being officially too old, I love My Chemical Romance... Emo my ****, they're hard rock :) More in common with Queen and Thunder than with Fallout Boy. Big guitars, operatic grendeur, actual showmanship. The cynical marketing and packaging does annoy me, but the music's the thing. And Helena, for instance, has the best middle 8 since Summer of 69. Stunning track...
I keep on trying to convince people of something here... I'll give it another crack. Take any of the good MCR songs- lets use Thank You For The Venom, one of the best tracks on album number 2. Now, slow it down just a little. And instead of Gerard Way's vocals, imagine them in an irish accent, and suddenly you have a song that'd fit onto any Therapy? album. Once you've done this once, it becomes easier... Welcome to the Black Parade in particular works a charm, if you imagine the spoken bits at the start in Andy Cairns' gravelly tones like on The Boy's Asleep.
MCR = American Therapy?. Though easier to punctuate.
