Just fitted a high level scorpion to the bike today. Being a commuter, I'm not that pleased that my right indicator (motrax diamond) is now obscured (so fit a normal level can you say  :p :p).

Anyhow, my thoughts, I could get some flush mount fairing indicators, however, I don't really want to cut the fairing to see that they look cack.

I'm considering some "stick on" indicators, preferably LED's (low power usage, don't mess with the flash rate). Possibly stick these to the grab rail, if so, they'd need to be pretty thin.

Another possibility, is to put an indicator on the back of the front indicator, so it's visible front & rear.

No matter what happens, the diamond's will be staying on the bike.

Thoughts/opinions please folks.

the integrated clear indicators would work a treat!

Integrated clear? Don't suppose you have a link?

Cheers in advance :)

EDIT: Just made a mini discovery :) EL Tape. Thicker than EL Wire, same principal. In Yellow, runs from 12v source. Hmm. Tres Intresant! SoulKiss, where are you at times like this? :p

I'll be interested if you get that working.

Hmmm looks like cool stuff! You would need to stash the Inverter somewhere though, as it actually runs from an AC source and wouldn't run direct from the indicator connections...You would also need individual inverters for left and right sides, or some funky relay or triac switching...The only worry is how the inverter unit would react being turned on and off all the time as the indicators flashed...

Let us know how you get on...
