View Full Version : A new riding season, a new look
Decided it was time for a change as regards my bike, including the removal of fairings and a new paint scheme.
The list of mods is rather long, includes Powerbronze undertray, Skidmarx belly pan (adapted to fit the Micron headers), Blue Flame can, Currently a ZX6 shock (Nitron to fit shortly), uprated front forks, BMC race filter, LED integrated indicator taillight and LED indicators all around, Rizoma brake fluid reservoir and probably a bunch of other stuff that cost me a fortune :D .
Here's some pictures for your enjoyment:

By the way, the mirror is only a temporary thing, needed something to see behind me until I get some nice looking ones.
Very nice. Love the paintwork and headlight. :)

I like the front headlamp, but cant help thinking that if it was the colour blue, it would look better, look like it belongs to the bike more?
Still, its a really nice bike, i like the paintscheme alot too

I'm not 100% sure on the front end myself. It's as it is for the moment though as cash is bit tight.considering something with the fairing and front mudguard though to tie them in better.
Seems the bike has gone down a treat though on the whole :D

Looking Good :D
I like the headlight - would look ace on a pointy version too. Whats it off?

It's an official Honda part, but it's from the Far East. There's a chap selling them on ebay, but I got mine direct. His website is:

Do you mean the bellypan? If so it's a Skidmarx one.
Have now changed the front end for a safety reason since I do a lot of commuting. The highest Wattage bulbs I could get for the headlight unit were 35/35 which weren't too bright so have popped twin roundies on. I actually think it looks better, just needs a little screen to try and deflect some of the wind I reckon. All in good time though.
