Mesh trousers

Hi all,
Does anyone have any experience of mesh trousers? My husband has a mesh jacket for summer and is very happy with it, so I am thinking of getting him some mesh trousers for his birthday. When he rides to work he has to wear something over his work trousers and I think these would do the job.

These are the ones I have seen on the inter-web.

Sounds vaguely kinky ?, but no never used them although I've a pair of the kevlar jeans which I've used twice now which are a good compromise.

I'm sorry - it's the kid in me - but 'Air Flo Pants' hee hee hee.

I've only ever seen one of those mesh jackets being worn - it just looked so, I dunno, flimsy...

... and cold!

But then I've got enough meat on my bones to keep a sparrow warm.

Kevlar Jeans - yes. But mesh trousers... hmmm... not my cuppa.
