Are the fork seals leaking? If so be prepared for it to fail.
How leaky is leaking? I have a very small amount of oil around the forks.
Any ideas?

They should check them. Only thing to do is get them replaced. Can be a bit expensive but can be dangerous if you leave them too long. You might get away with wiping them real clean once you get there and hoping they don't notice though.
Where are you taking it? Longshot Lane?
I had booked it into Hatfields....
Is longshot lane a little more "liberal"?

I've never needed to MOT a bike so don't know. Seems odd seeing as I've owned 13 bikes over 4 years!
I guess Hatfields is a lot closer to you. What year/make is your bike? I might know someone who can do the seals relatively cheap for you.
Its a 2000 650s curvy (in the best colour - black)
I would probably have a go myself but am a bit worried about taking the forks out....
MOT result?
Jumping the gun aren't you? there's still 6 days to go!!
:D
I WISH it was yesterday, then I could go out on it this weekend....
You do all realise it will rain from next Thursday if it passes and be bright sunshine if it fails.....
What model ZX6R do you ride?
I used to have a yellow J2
Know anyone who wants a lowered seat for a j model ?
I loved my J2. Did 20k miles on it in 3 years. Gonna be interesting to see what the SV is like. Never ridden a twin before

It's a one off custom LEE version..........:D
Bugger.
Took it round the block last night to make sure everything was fine....
Got back and rear disc and one front disc were red hot. Took front caliper off and dust seal is hanging out and the pistons are covered in crud.
Anyone know where to get dust seals from locally?
Also had to replace horn yesterday as I realised it wasnt working. 9.99 for a nice loud Ring horn from Halfords and jobs a good-un
Cheers
