Well a certain rather excitable women was at Soho last night, I hadn't seen her like that for some considerable time, and here's why.

Someone's happy, I wonder why

"No I'm not, no I'm not over happy really, I'm not, Oh alright then it's :santa: & all my :smt113 come at once  "

Excellent choice of bike, my instructor had one and he loved it to bits too. Much toe-scraping action from him!

Whats it like in comparison to the SV, i wonder?

I notice the ability to take a top box is provided

For a second, (looking at the first pic) I was absolutely sure that you'd OD'd on chocolate :) .

Looks good (though we won't mention the Givi rack); a very capable machine, which I know you'll love to bits. Have fun!

Thanks everyone... Im still grinning like mad... about to go out on it for a few hours again :smt003

Some pics from yesterday follow. And huge thanks to Rictus for recording my very first brand new bike experience for posterity. And also for going back to his for a cuppa and giving me time to calm down before riding it.

My first stop on the A21... you'll notice its been blessed already :smt003

Good work that girl, lovely bike, really like the red!

The CBF forum which I have just joined has its colour divide like we do here  Apparently the red is currently the most popular option with people - of the 5 new CBFs picked up in last week all have been red. :D

Tbh, the pictures dont actually do it justice - it looks darker and less metallic than it is. Its not as bright as the SV red, but by god its nice :D

Though just moved it into my neighbours garden for safekeeping til the bikesafe arrives. Hes just commented on it not being clean http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_13_17.gif (http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZNxdm824YYGB) Though will clean it wednesday while Im working at home so should be back to shiny by time I venture up to Selkent. :D

Its just under 250 miles atm. I took it through the back lanes yesterday round Tenterden, Rye and Camber... its a cracking bike certainly can handle well and I love the braking on it. :smt003 :smt003 :smt003 Definitely the right decision for me :smt003

Scarily though, I think Ive turned into a FWB... walked to station this morning and left it covered  :p
