Has anyone fitted a set of faired clocks to an un-faired curvey?
My track bike is built from a naked bike so has a wiring loom to match. I have some clocks from a faired bike and I want to get the rev counter to work but just can't figure out the wiring. Can anyone help please?
From what I understand the rev counter needs 3 wires - ground, +12V and the tacho input. The conector has 16 pins/wires so I'm assuming I just need to connect 3 of them.
I've tried a set of clocks from a naked bike and they work fine but I have to give them back. I know the loom is good and I've plugged the faired clocks into my road bike so I know the rev counter is fine.
Can anybody help with the 3 wires that are hiding from me?
Thanks in advance
Tony
