Looking for a decent place in or around the Paisley area for bike MOT.
Someone who could overlook the fact I have no rear numberplate.
I know, naughty boy!!!
;)
Thanks.

Most MOT stations will ignore wrong size plates but dont know if any will ignore a plate being missing totally.
Which brings me to the question if you dont intend using a plate why bother with an MOT

Hes not been posting for a while but if you pm weegaz he should be able to help Im sure he came from the south of glasgow/paisley area.
Failing that be upfront and just ask at any local bike dealers they will/should know

Not very close to you, but I've used Saltire Suzuki (Edinburgh) and been pleased with them. Also used Jim Allan at Falkirk, and they were okay.

you got PM:)
I used victor d's to get mine done start of March.
The guys from West Coast Suzuki in Irvine recommended them.
West Coast were saying they are trying to get an MOT test Centre License.
Do bike right in Glasgow do MOT's? Family member seems to think they do?
Cheers
Paisley...Have you tried MCS Scotland? (Fulbar St. in Renfrew). They're a Triumph/Kwak shop, but I think they do MOT's etc. Busy place though, so you may have to book a week or so in advance.

"Girders" in Airdrie do MOT's
I've used them before
Just spoke to West Coast this morning, booked in for 7.5k service.
The latest is they are taking over the MOT testing from West Coast Riders, the application is in and has been for a few weeks. They hope to have the paperwork sorted soon.
Cheers
I got My SV from victor D's and wouldnt touch them with a barge pole again! no comms between departments and my bike was more than a week late in delivery. I turned up on 3 occasians expecting to get my bike to be told it wasn't ready I used victor d's to get mine done start of March.
