Hi Everyone,

I'm based in Livingston and work in Edinburgh, and obviously enough ride an SV! I've got a SV650sK3 in blue which I bought new, and it is box standard apart from (there had to be something) a Powerflow screen and front fender extender. I bought the fender extender when cornering in the wet, with one cyclinder randomly cutting in and out, just got too exciting!

As for the post title, I'm shortly off on a charity run around 10 Scottish 'Cities' in 10 hours. Yes we've had to be a little flexible on what we regarded a city - Royal Boroughs and towns with cathedrals have been included. Particularly if they're roughly en route!

Read all about it (and lend us support) at these links:

Pretty cool... I'll make a donation when I get home, anything else you need to get set up?

Excellent - thanks.

Not really, we still need to survey some of the route, but we'll do that over the next couple of weeks. Whilst we'll be obeying the speed limits at all times (honest officer), we'll be very saftey concious, so will scout out where the accident blackspots (saftey cameras) are in advance. I believe there are some average speed ones around Dundee - any information on that?

Cheers, Mark.

Thanks Northwind,

Your donation is much appreciated - it's taken us over the £1,000!
