There was talk last year of relocating police equipment on the bike to solve the weaving problem - can't believe this hasn't been sorted yet. Maybe funds were spent on cameras instead?

Exactly. My understanding of all this is there isnt actually anything wrong with the Pans themselves, its the equipment and location of it for the police bikes thats the problem. As you say, still cant believe they havent sorted it after all this time. :dozey:

Isnt thre some sort of suspension modification that can be done?
Police Pans with full Ohlins
Sad story anyhow, I hope it gets sorted because police bikers arnt a bad bunch.
Matt
I have ridden the older style police pans round about the T reg mark they wobble as well at high speed but thats due to the side mounted sound cone.
The bikes we use from BMW that are on 55 plates are naff compaired the pans on the T plates. Bring back the pan !!!

Iv ridden many of the police pans and I have to say that when you hit the 95mph + mark things start to become lets say..... a tad unstable!!
