it will make it white though and brittle, i think it depends on the rubber.

In my experience superglue wont stick anything. Except skin.

It's true, it will only stick skin to a surface, eyelids together or skin to skin, but never the object you want stuck to a surface.

Did you know it was actually invented during the war for quickly glueing skin back together in the field instead stiches??

Of course that may just be one of those things people say in the pub...

As someone else has said, it depends on the rubber. It shouldnt affect it too much though, but do be carefull not to let it drip into the tyres, just in case.

Wear adequate eyewear, wear gloves, etc etc other safety crap. Treat all chemicals like they can kill etc etc blah blah

I've superglued minis before and it didn't work very well, it's quite brittle, superglue, so it's not great for a flexible repair. Silicon adhesives are usually quite good for that sort of job.

Remember when using superglue, the white residue is caused by the glue and fumes reacting with grease and oil from your skin- clean the part first and that won't happen.

Welcome back Tigersaw mate (I keep close watch on all postings by fellow tigers...). Hope the move went well.

Like your avatar by the way, that is one impressive tower. Much better than, say, this one...:)

LOL - thanks for the good wishes, the move went fine, after living in a hotel for a month, but it was all worth it, especially the new house with huge garage :D
I guess I'll have to get round to changing the avatar picture.... Actually its not a bad little tower, you can open the balcony door when its sunny, better than all that sterile air con in the last one, and Southampton airport itself is a cracking little place.
