Hi folks. Just punted my 3rd and final (maybees) Ninja last week. Wonderfull wee things but real license loosers. Had a Naked K4 for 8 mths but couldn't handle the blast on Motorways so fell foul to the Kawasaki bug again. (when it's gone it's gone this time). Anyhow, i liked the wee twin so am waiting delivery of a new 650sport this weekend. Got the fuel exhaust already so should be fun seen as theres a fairing this time. Heres a wee pic of my K4 Just before i sold it. It's the one bike i was never tired of looking at. Probs if it was a S i'd still have it today. Cheers, Gary. Oh, and nice to meet you all.

The naked SV does look good, but I couldn't live with the wind blast either. I'm too lazy to put my neck muscles through that on every motorway run.

Nice one!

Hope all goes smooth for you.

See you around.

Cheers

Looks like youve now made several mistakes

1. naked when it should at least have a bikini top

2. silver blue when it should be black

3. pointy when it should be curvy

everybody knows that the black curvy with a bikini top has an extra 10bhp at the back wheel and you can add lowers to hide the cans of NOS

welcome to the site mate enjoy your new bike

When I first got mine had to decide on the colour so I took the wife along for input. She thought the "silver" colour was a bluey silvery lilac and would suit her perfectly.

Leave the guy alone!
The fact he hasn't chosen red keeps mine a bit more exclusive ;) :smt048

Ahoy! Welcome :)

Don't like the colour? Just look from a different angle! Sometimes it's silver, sometimes it's blue. It's two paintjobs!

Welcome and to join the debate silver is the best and fastest colour - unless i'm riding it!

Hiya there.

Just thought i'd mention yellow - also a fast colour. Which mine was until i saw dark at the middle of the tunnel. So now it's black...-ish.

You're right about the neck muscles & no fairing dilemma, luckily there aren't any motorways round these parts. We've just got head-on gales to combat.:smt107

Well.....

No'1. Naked Looks 10 times the bike a Curvy or Pointy does.

No'2. I got £600 off because black wasn't available at the time.

No'3. Dont like the curvies looks anyhow even if it was the best 2 wheel drive on the road.

Oh and that extra 10bhp bit. I bought this thing becausle I HAVE TO SLOW DOWN A BIT after 20years of piloting the latest up to date missiles available.

Drove it to work today and was Bored senseless. Can't wait to get the 200BHP classic mini on the road. 2 more weeks to go then weeee-heeeeeee..
