Just to wish you all good biking over the next week and a great time to those off at the NW200. Myself & Q are off for our early summer holibags- all duty-free orders rejected on the grounds that we can't carry enough for ourselves let alone you lot!

First things first- we're going to find a pub in which to watch the Spanish GP (F1) and hopefully the Superbikes too. Should be a good if not memorable day (we'll never remeber it!).

Look mate, there's no need to come on here flouting your 'i'm off on holiday blah-de-blah' stories at us.

We wont fall for your lousy 'rubbing it in' attitude. We are not envious, jealous or down in the mouth just coz you're both off to sunny climes and we're stuck at work, in the pishin' rain with our duffle coats buttoned up from head to toe or clad in twenty layers of polar fleece and cordura on the bike.....oh no, not envious at all. :---)

a good thunderstorm this morning has cleared any haze remaining and we've had blue sky and sun all day for wandering round Port Aventura!:smt081 :smt081 :smt081

Also managed to find internet access so we can annoy you all from afar while drinking very cheap beer from a roadside vending machine!(also sells coke):thumright:

I hope the Frog weather is as good as here:cool: The latest this end is that Q is in the hotel room aching with sunburn despite having lashings of cream applied regularly;) . She can't help it- that's just the way it goes. I'm great so far and we have even had free drinks & free lounger hire so far - hell, the plane even got in a Half hour early!:cool:

Barcelona tomorrow after a good few dirt cheap beers from our room fridge and a good nights kip.

No Nou Camp Tony - we both loath fitba.

We're back safe an sound thanks to Tigersaw and his colleagues:D . Had an extra nights enforced stay with the air stewardesses :-dd right enough, so we're just getting back to normal. Tomorrow is the license de-restriction day for Quedos- and so (if the weather holds) she'll be picking up her new wheels:cool: .

Back to work on Monday though - bugger. Hopefully the weather will turn and the bikes will be given a run after their little break.
