I can't believe they're still doing it all in English and French, surely the cheese eating surrender monkeys must know English is the best? Other countries don't get their own presenter do they.
They can keep the 'Nil point' phrase in though, that's the best bit :)

Ukrainian entry looks like a granny transvestite. Since when has it turned in to a camp-athon? saying that the gf want to watch it when she gets back to work, so its being videoed now. crate of beer already purchased :)
Jo is upstairs watching it. It's banned from the downstairs TV. Load of crap that it is.

Humph. Alright for some. I got told to leave the lounge if I was going to be so miserable about it. I am now sitting in the kitchen on my own contemplating a silent exit via the patio doors to the pub

NOw, where's me coat....
i love it...
its great to watch britain lose
Eurocrap only ever shows what lack of talent there is. Who the hell are scooch, i know pub bands that are better than that trollop. If thats what we got representing us i feel ashamed to be british. All those decent bands out there and they get picked, by public vote too, atleast Justin Hawkings was in a succesful band. Poppy**** is all it is!!!

Because my missus says I can.
And I'm a bit odd.
But really I'm sat here looking at the PC whilst the telly is on in the background behind me...guvnor.:salut: :jocolor:

I turned it on with Ukraine playing and thought someone had put LSD in my supper tonight, it appears to be one big camp fest.
How's it funded, do we the tax payer pay for the UK's entry?

Funding will be via advertisers, tv networks, merchandising and the voting system which comprises of sms and phone calls.
I have a vote for you - Here's the question and answers:-
Wogan should be:
a) put to sleep
b) retired
c) left alone to continue (that is use the same scripts he has used on radio and tv for years)

In full agreement with you!

Because they are sad and have no friends!! :D

PS Who won?
Dam... Missed it . arr well , TFFT....;-)
It used to be entertaining, then it became funny. Now it's neither. Just an excuse for a BBC Euro love-in
Hah UK 2nd from last. Say's it all I think.
Please let Terry Wogan continue. At least once a year I will know that I will not accidently come across him presenting something on the telly.

I enjoyed Apocalyptica at the interval; ive heard of these guys before but never actualy heard them - pretty cool doing heavy metal with cellos, very original and I thought it worked quite well
The rest of the songs where crap; apart from hungary, which was actually not a bad song. Some nice lead guitar thrown in too.

I've only heard the British entry once and couldn't believe that they had picked that crap - even for the eurovision :smt017
it makes me laugh its so awful. why do you all take it so seriously? its a massive cheese fest, if you take it as being that it's a laugh. and listen to what wogan says, he slates it mercilously, he has the right idea.

Wogan's been using the same scripts ever since he started on the radio & tv.
He must have something on the Board of Governors to stay employed by the BBC.
I'd like to see Peter Kay do the Eurovision :)
did not watch it, but the britsh song was on the music channel every ½ hour in work (grown ups pretending to be airoplanes:smt018) , untill i put kerrang on:smt035

Whilst it was obviously a 'vote for your Baltic State neighbour' fest, it was
quite amusing to see how much Britain is actually hated by the rest of Europe.
We have become the Millwall of Europe! :smt081
It's time to play by their game, enter as England, Scotland, N. Ireland and Wales. No additional cost to the Beeb. We can have vote for your neighbour too.
britans song came last but 1 ?
but in the Official UK Singles Chart its number 5

This is a link to Hungary's song. IMHO, it should have won.
She has quite a voice range and the backing guitar is good.
