Evening, all!!

Looking for a good / reputable spray paint type person or company in London or to the south (north Kent I think) as I would really like the right side of my faired K2 Candy Blue tidied up.

Either the 1 previous owner dropped it or he parked it next to a particularly *****ly bush as the paint is all scratched down the right hand side fairings. Even all the way inside those holes in the fairing panels as well...hard to see how that would have been caused by a drop, but you never know!

It was actually a bike mechanic that, after looking at it and scratching his head, suggested it might have been a bush...or taken to the beach and dropped on it's side. Either way it's too dark for photos...I have tried searching all over the place but haven't found a decent sprayer yet to get it sorted properly.

EDIT - Ok welcome to the world of censorcism...a p-r-i-c-k-l-y bush :/

Sounds like typical gravel trap damage from a trackday drop.

Does it look almost like it's been sandblasted lightly.

Yeah it does!!

Ahhhhhhhh of course, I never thought of that!! Makes sense :)

At least we know what's caused it...I'd still like to put it right if anyone can help! :)

keep us informed on how this goes, I'd be tempted to give my old girl a facelift and a tuck, if the price was right - and I might even get the bike resprayed :D

Won't be for a couple of weeks...spending this weekend with a bloomin' Haynes manual in one hand and a circuit tester in the other (I will fix my electrics...I will fix my electrics...repeat to self)...then getting Scorpion can fitted hopefully week after...

Will post back results and who I went to see to get it sorted...
