Hi guys,

I feel so stupid asking this question, but could someone post a pic of their Curvy SV with Motrax Magic Mushrooms fitted (Not DHM's) ?

I like to think I'm fairly competent with a spanner, various car/bike rebuild projects under my belt, but these little b*ggers have got me stumped. It's says SV650 99-02 on the packaging, but they seem like the wrong ones! I can't work out where they go; the only logical spot where they could offer protection I find one of the bolts too long to go in, on either side.

I've been trying the spot where the chrome indented hex washer head bolts are, just under the rear of the top fairing (SV650S)

Could anyone help?

Cheers,
Chris

Are they mounted in the same location on both sides?

Do they protect anything? Because they look very small and are mounted to high on the bike.

I am hoping to get mushrooms on my curvey and was wondering the same thing.I've seen them on other bikes and they dont look like they protect anything

Strictly frame protection, those... Not completely worthless, but not comparable to larger crash protectors.

Just bought some of these myself. Then realised they only protect the frame, and defo not a fully faired bike :(

Looks like I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and pay good money. :D
