Exhaust Hanger

I think it is the wrong part. The clip(the bit that goes round the exhaust) is not actually round the exhaust, the exhaust is more resting on it i have a feeling that i have been sent the wrong part. Unless anyone has theirs like this!

Its a fuel stainless steel oval. I have a feeling the hanger is for the round style instead.

Try and rut both the tags at the end of the strap, the bits that the bolts go through, on the outer side of the footpeg assembly - that will tighten the strap. They're not supposed to be mounted either side of the peg like that.

we had a scopion from the nec last year and they have made the diamiter of the new cans 1inch less? they gave us a new can and an old strap which was 1inch too long:( quick phone call to scorpion and they sent another:)
your is mounted wrong tho, as said the 2 ends of the strap should meet and bolt together.

I has same problem with my CCC and so trimmed the rubber as some have said and i also attached both ends of the bracket together on 1 side of the can hanger and not on either side as u have done
