Hi.

I am collecting the front cylinder head for my SV650 from the engineering firm today, so I need to start thinking about refitting it.

Does anybody have a Torque Wrench and a set of Vacuum Gauges I could borrow who lives near the Waterlooville area.

Thank you
Tim.

I have a carbtune (pro version - superceeds carbtune II - works on up to 4 pots) I can stick in the post.

I was going to take it up to the AR though, so would you be done with it in time? Are you attending the AR? If so, you could hand it back at the AR to save posting again.

No real accurate gauges on it, but it suits my purposes.

Hi.

Thanks for the offer. No I am not going. I have a couple of other jobs to do on the bike as well so I may not have it done by then. Will you be bringing it back from AR? If so if I still need it maybe I could borrow it then.

Thanks
Tim.

If you can hang on until after the AR, consider it yours for a short while then. I already sort of promised Ceri JC in another thread that I'd show him how to sync thottle bodies at the AR, and it's not booked out to anyone else after the AR (except you now).

Really worth buying one of those, every chain adjustment needs one (technically)

Argos, £15 jobby. Serves me well, and good for 210nm IIRC.
