And I'll say the same thing here as I did there - them baffles are only in because the 3mm drill bit just won't cut it - needs a 4mm :)
Is it just me, or does stick out a bit?
But yeah, "BROOOOOWWWW!!!!" :)

Damn, you noticed the sticky outy :) Yeah, it's not quite right, it's nearly there but not quite, trouble is, pulling it also forces it up a bit and that then starts to foul the hanger. Might have another play tonight at getting it lined up.
Oh, & DD - yep, had to start it sans-can - got flames! Woo :) (and much curtain twitching from the grannies across the road) :p

I turned the link pipe so that the turn in the pipe is facing the bike ;) straightened mine up nicely

Looking at it again, that link pipe looks kinda long. Mine is a CC can and the mount is about half way along the sleeve of the can. It appears your link pipe is longer from the bend to the can than mine. just an observation, plus yours isn't battered and scraped like mine!
Turn that link pipe round a bit (so the kink half way along comes out a little more). That should straighten her up nicely.

I think you might be right BluePete, pulling the kink in the pipe out a bit (as Baph rightly notes) pulls the can in toward the bike, but also pushes it vertically up a bit more, and then it fouls the hanger. If it were a little shorter it could be pulled in a bit but not foul the hanger (and the hanger would sit more midway along the can as well).
The diameter on the link pipe is all fine, I'd shorten it myself but it's flanged at the ends, and pipe forming is beyond my many and varied skills (mostly specialised in flatulance and idleness).
I'll give 'em a ring tomorrow :)

Yep, Plascote airosol special metal primer and matt black top coat from B&Q, £10 all in. Plus loads of muc off de-greaser to clean the buggers up first!

In that case, remove the whole job lot, and cut your exhaust again, a little further down this time, thus moving the whole job lot forward. Shouldn't foul the hanger then. In theory.
Oh yea you need to get rid of that snow shovel & get a tail tidy, small plate, and small indicators!

It's going to be a little close, it's a 45mm rather than 50mm cut to begin with and there's only about a 5mm gap if that betwixt the "flange" :D and the weld. Even though my school metalwork teacher would have been proud of the quality of my hacksaw cut (suprised myself) I'm not sure I can pull off the same trick twice :)
... Snow Shovel!...
I know, I know :) Next job I promise (or maybe a black double bubble!)
Pete fancy doing my hangers! lol
i didnt even notice them!

Only did 'em yesterday fella! The lads at the tyre fitters admired them too. Just a shame the front ones wold rub away really fast. Unless.....powdercoat? Anyone? Someone? Would it last?
I know of a place that do powder coating, but they usually do push bike stuff.
Which CCC can is you've got? I've been looking and cant deceide between a budget Fuel or a £99'er CCC!
