I was chatting to Ed about cameras and promised a few photos from my recent holiday. We had a cruise on the Med and I managed to get a couple of great sunsets, I got up early for one sunrise, and then a few of the local architecture.

There was too many to really put on here, especially as it's a bike forum. All shots were on my Canon EOS350D.

Yeah the colours are good in that one, and using the full range of the 300mm zoom works well.

Just about everything is right in this one, the light, the cloud across the Sun, the island and the little fishing boat.

I have to say that I'm not a fantastic photographer, but if you take it off of "programme" and stick it into manual and use all what you learned years ago you can make it work. Of course, having a fantastic location (cruis ship in the middle of the Med) and good kit does make it happen easier.
