They are quite vocal your Erithacus rubecula.

The site at work is overun with Canadian Geese at the moment.
They have young goslings and are very aggressive if you go anywhere near them. I keep forgetting my Camera though.

Oh dear Mr. Jelster what a waste opportune. Can tell you not true animal loving like us espaņoles.

With this little bird we would enjoy and let him have fun. Maybe a small straw with sparkling type firework in culito to see him jumping around all happy. We need to enjoy los animales.;)

He's not "scruffy", it's the chilled out fashion that all the cool birds have this summer :D

I really ought to take some shots of my patio & veggie patch as it's become something of a creche for young fledglings at the moment.
Two blackbirds, the Robin and a colony of Sparrows all mooching about being kept safe by thier security guard - my dog, who keeps my garden cat free.

I think you'll find they are Canada Geese, unless of course you've personally checked their passports, if so I'll bow too your greater knowledge

I know, Canada Geese never sounds right to me so I used some a little artistic licence. You knew what I meant after all ! :D

Would you known what I meant if had said we where overun with Branta Canadensis ? ;)

i thought he/she looked quite smart (apart from the poo).

billy (our cat) delighted in sitting on the front door step under where the baby robins were which drove the mum robin crazy, she wouldn't stop shouting at him.
