Road legal exhaust?

I'm a bit confused about what makes an exhaust road legal.. Does it HAVE to be e-marked and have a baffle in?

- but despite the company selling them saying it's legal , I don't think it is. Please tell me i'm wrong! There is no e-mark on it and i'm not sure if it has a removeable baffle or a baffle at all!

After a little research I've found that it does have a removeable baffle.. But no e-mark. I reckon it may be road legal after all :-)

as long as it doesnt say "not for road use" it should be ok.

Plus, that ad's from Canada, so it doesn't make any difference what they say is road legal, they probably have different laws.
