I have to confess I have traded the SV in :sad: I only had it for 4 months but there was always somthing going wrong with it. First it was the choke cable snapping, then the 8mm bolt holding the wee side pannel sheered, then both the clutch and the gear change lever snapped of within days of each other, then the clutch cover started to leak, after i replaced that, the engine cover on the otherside started to leak!!! and to top it of I discoverd the Ignition barrell had been tamperd with at some point and I could remove the key with the engin still running!!! So it had to go and I pick up a Honda Magna V4 on Saturday:riding:
That is quite a lot to go wrong in 4 months!

It Just goes to show you cant judge a book (or a bike) by its cover. The more I got under the skin of the bike it became apparent that the previus owner hadn't looked after it. although the engine was good and it runs well it needed to much TLC and I need a bike that I can run through the summer with just some routine maintinance to keep it going. I had someone look over the VF before buying and it seems to be in great condition.
