Summer Solstice Rideout

Me and 3 of the lads from work were up at around 3am this morning to head to Long Meg's Stone Circle near Penrith to watch the sun rise this morning as it was summer solstice. It was really good watching the sun rise with a load of other people who were sat about with incense sticks drinking whisky at half 4 in the morning! Some of the pictures turned out really well so I thought I'd share them

Well I spose I'll do it one year down to Priests Weston in south Shropshire.

The sun came right in the middle of the crack in my curtains this morning, I didn't even have to get out of bed:p Cuddled the Mrs, turned over and went back to sleep:D :D
