Who ?

That'll be J Harleys then. They are using the event as a bit of a birthday bash. Anyone who's passed their test with the firm can contact them and get free tickets. No bad.

Me & Q will be there as previously mentioned.

I'll be there with the good lady if the weather is decent.. not be if it's chucking it down.

Trying to persuade her to go on the bike, not working though. Looking like i'm gonna be stuck in the cage.. in mega traffic :( Says on the site that all parking is going to be at the circuit this year, thats gonna be fun!

I usually head for the hairpin/benches to start with then go walkabout, Where's everyone's fav bit to watch from?

dyzio

Meet up at the hairpin, 2pm? It's a good place, not overcrowded.

How will u know me? I will have a copy of the Scotsman, a brolly and a red rose in the left lapel and say, "The nightingale flies south at dawn" lol.

Nah, skinny git in black/white/silver leather jacket. Brolly, hmmm....maybe.

Has anyone got the race running times that could be posted up here?

Looks like I'll be heading down to Knockhill as I can't convince my mate to come on the Rideout. What times everyone going?

well im just back from knockhill. well when i say just in I mean have wrung out clothes, put leathers into airing cupboard to dry out before xmas hopefully. emptied water out my boots into the bath before standing in a hot shower for 10 min. the palms of my hands are a lovely grey colour courtesay of gloves. was only at knockhill for an hour. then got absolutely soaked going home. roads from stirling to balloch are all flooded. water covered my boots whilst on the pegs on a couple of occassions. cars coming the other way hit puddles quite fast causing the bucket of water in the face syndrome - only it was my face. never been so wet on a bike before. never going to bsb at knockhill ever ever ever again lol

Sounds like you had the same kinda day as us! Me and my partner went to knockhill (eventualy lost him before we even left glasgow!) Half way there my oxstar waterproof boots proved no longer to be water proof, the only part of me that was dry was my head, my other half ended up with latex gloves on under his summer gloves to try keep his hands dry. When we got home we spent about 15mins spreading everything out to dry and stuffing newspaper into boots etc then another 20mins in the shower each warming up. Like you said kitkat I have never been so wet on a bike before!

Also the A80 was flooded in places and there was a great car crash on the M8 that reduced it to one lane!!!!! I will go to knockhill again but only if it is gonna be dry sunny weather[-o<

Whit a bunch of moanies!

Arrived up there with Ali on the bike  about 10:30.. first stall i arrived at i bought a big brolly ;)
Second one.. a big Hotdog :D
Rest of the day was not brill.. but not the worst I have seen there. At least they decided to let the first race go ahead, second race was slightly better for action though. Glad we were on walkabout for most of the day.. found somewhere to hide for most of the Mega downpours, but got caught in a few
Still had a great day.. Knockhill aint Knockhill without some rain

P.s.. The JHP/Buildbase 1098 sounded awesome!!

'Tis true. It wasn't that bad- was it?

Apparently the alcoholic porridge from the "Gourmet Kitchen" was a wee bit tasty..... with a certain person going back for more.

Here's a couple of pics.....

The thou was available in the Suzuki blue and white colours, might have been one of those. I suppose the owner would tell you that it's not GSXR colours, it's a style they've used on loads of other bikes...
